No brokers, no repacking in between. One owned, audited chain — which is why we can promise firm lead times and a clean paper trail at customs.
Certified organic seed rhizomes are planted at the start of the monsoon across our grower network in Assam, Tripura, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Odisha and West Bengal. Only compost, neem-based bio-pesticides and crop rotation are used — zero synthetic inputs.
After 8–10 months, ginger is lifted by hand when oleoresin and gingerol levels peak. Field-fresh rhizomes reach the pack-house within 6 hours, keeping moisture and firmness intact.
Fresh ginger is cured and washed in potable water only. Dry ginger is peeled, washed and dried — solar dryers plus low-temperature mechanical drying to protect volatile oils.
Optical-aided lines grade fresh ginger into 50 g+ to 200 g+ sizes. Dry ginger is graded to ASTA export specs, with metal detection and destoning before packing.
Every batch is tested in-house and confirmed by NABL-accredited third-party labs (Eurofins / SGS). A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis is issued before release.
Ventilated cartons, mesh bags, vacuum packs or retail packs — all on ISPM-15 heat-treated pallets, labeled with organic marks, lot code and a traceability QR.
Plant-quarantine inspection, organic transaction certificates, origin and COA are compiled into a complete export document set for the destination market.
Fresh ginger ships in temperature-controlled reefers (10–12 °C) with data loggers; dry ginger in ventilated or standard containers. FOB, CIF, DAP — your terms.
